NOVO 7 Mars 0619 Firmware upgrade

Release note:

1. Fixed touch screen difficult to touch and random reacting issue.
2. Fixed the issues on charging and de-charging.

Preparation before firmware upgrade:

1. Make sure your tablet has at least 40% battery power left.
2. You need to prepare one 1G or 2G micro-SD card, since the firmware has to be saved into micr0-SD card to run upgrade.
3. Once you download the firmware tar file, unzip it, and copy the uncompressed file onto the micro-SD card.
