Dear all existing and potential uPlay Tablet customers.

Let me firstly begin with our sincere apologies.

We understand that, regrettably, the uPlay Tablet Support Forum has not been as closely monitored as we would have liked it to have been over recent times.

This has resulted in very understandable frustration, and unanswered questions. Please note that this was never our intention, and we offer our apologies to all of you who have not had your questions answered in a timely manner.

However, we truly are committed to improving our customer satisfaction, and would like to announce that as of February 2013, the forum will be closely monitored.

We really do appreciate your custom, and are sorry to all who have not received responses in a timely manner to questions you have posted.

Please bare with us over the next couple of days, so that we can ensure EVERY post gets a full answer. But we can assure you that we will be closely monitoring the forum on a regular basis now, and once again thank you for your continued patience and, of course, your custom.

A belated Happy New Year, and best wishes for 2013 to you all!

Hi Keith,

I was beginning to become an active Forum member, but pulled back until my Flame hardware/firmware issues had been resolved.

Unfortunately, during that period, I have forgotten both username, and password, and am no longer using the same email account.

My new username and password seems to work fine...however I need to add to transfer orginial Customer info, so that my records are "seamless".

Can you or anyone tell me how to do this?

Finally, hss enyone gotten 7_8 hours of battery life out of the Fire/Burning (Flame), OR, are/have been experiencing major and seemingly unresolvable issues on this unit?

Thanks,

jim
