It's actually very simple. In "Setttings->Privacy", Set it back to "Factory Setting". After that change the language from Chinese to English.

You will still see some Chinese characters on your virtual keyboard, that's because the default keyboard is set to Baidu keyboard. You can disable it in the keyboard setting, then you have a pure English version of Ainol NOVO7 Aurora!
