Post Where the hell is Contacts or People?

Hi Folks, I use stock Email App and have successfully configured to connect to my office Exchange email server. Set it up to sync mail, contacts & calendar. While I can see Mail & Calendar straightaway, I have no idea where the Contacts (pre-ICS) or People (ICS onwards) app is?

Can anyone tell me how I can get Contacts or People visible?
