Post Ainol novo 7 Flame wont boot up

First off I am a newbie and really don't know what to do here but I recieved the FLAME about a week ago. It has been working flawlessly, while on the net it said browser not working a couple of times so I shut it down (the unit) and now it will not boot up, can any one help me I love this tablet! Thank you Connie :(

I haven't received my FLAME yet but when my PALADIN refused to boot up it comes good when the power button & the volume up & down are held on together. I replied because no one else has, I'm just a trial & error newbie with tablets so be careful following my advice, good luck.
