Post Touch Screen Problem

I just received yesterday Ainol Novo 7 Paladin purchased it via ebay . I had a great time with my new tab, today... The touchscreen is dead and unresponsive, but the darn thing still works, with the menu buttons and volume, and the particles of live wallpaper in background work, and the g-sensor for turning still works.

Anyone can help me?
