I have had several mails go back and forth with your staff... and everything they said was true....however, no a single time did they PROACTIVELY communicate with me.

It was me trying to push them to find out
-> If UPlayTablet received my Paypal payment
-> If the product was in stock
-> If the product was shipped out on the day it was
promised to be
-> when it was shipped out
-> what the tracking number was
-> Which web site should I hit to track it
(China Post for the 1st couple of days and then DHL)
-> Issues in transit
As I go through the forums, I see I am not alone in this.
If UPlayTablet has to make it big in the global market, then you need to earn the trust of customers. Please be proactive in your communications. Please be ahead of the customer to inform them what they would find out in a round about manner. Not having stock is "OK"... but tell us as to when it would be available and if it is not, tell us again BEFORE we call you.
Just thought I would share my feelings.
