I bought a table from your web page but I did not received any email of confirmation neither an email from the paypal purchase. It was ailnove 7 crystal. Moreover I saw on your web page that this tablet was out of stock. So I was super sure that the order was not done.
However I have been charged for this transaction and I have received the tablet today but it is in the DHL office because I do not want it now. I would like to return it without any additonal costs and get a complete refund because it was not my fault the fact of not receiving any email of confirmation. In fact, there are no orders done when I logg in but there is one that have alreday been charged and the tablet has already been sent.
