DHL is not accepting package from Dec. 21 to 26. Express shipping will be shipped by Singapore EMS

Yesterday when we delivered packages to our forwarder, we were told that DHL stopped accepting packages. DHL is not accepting packages during Christmas holidays, from Dec. 21, to Christmas Day, Dec. 26 (China time). Since it was late in the evening, we didn’t have time to change labels on the package to switch to the other express shipping carrier – Singapore EMS. All Express Shipping orders received from Dec. 20th to Dec. 25 will be shipped by the other carrier – Singapore EMS. All orders that were received on Dec. 19th and 20th will be shipped out today by Singapore EMS. The deliver time of Singapore EMS is about 3~8 business days worldwide. Please keep this in mind when you place and track orders.
