How to remove / disable the Chinese apps pre-installed in Ainol NOVO 10 Captain

Although Ainol NOVO 10 Captain has an English edition, it still has quite a few Chinese apps pre-installed. You can remove or disable them. This will clean up the screen, and also significant improve the performance.
