We are shipping out all Crystal pre-orders and Flame orders today

We just received  NOVO 7 Crystal  and US standard charger for Flame from Ainol, and our shipping department will work 24 hours to ship out all Crystal pre-orders and Flame orders. Ainol pulled off its new NOVO 7 Crystal  release at the last minute – It didn’t ship out last Thursday, but yesterday, Sunday 17, 2012. They also sent us wrong charger for Flame last week, so we had to held our Flame shipping as well. In order to get all tablets to customers hands before Christmas, we decide to give all customers who pre-ordered Crystal and Flame an free upgrade to Express Shipping (Sorry, no refund if you ordered Express Shipping ). Hopefully you will receive it before Christmas. Since DHL requires phone number, If you provided phone number in your PayPal, then we will ship by DHL; otherwise, we will ship by Singapore EMS.
