Apple  just confirmed that it will release it’s 7.8″ inch iPad Mini in October. This time Apple is not first on such form factor tablet , woPad released its 8″ Android tablet with 1024×768 pixel multi-touch capacitive touch screen in the October last year – one year before Apple’s iPad Mini . woPad i8 has the same sized capacitive screen as iPad Mini with higher pixel density than the screen of iPad 2. woPad i8 has both front-facing and back-facing camera for photo, video, and web conference. Look at its Apple style “unibody” aluminum case – very durable and high-end looking. It also offers two features that Apple will never offer to you even in iPad Mini – HDMI port to display video on your big screen HD TV, and FLASH support to play FLASH videos in browser. woPad doesn’t bluetooth , that’s probably the only drawback.

This woPad i8 is the 2nd generation of our most popular woPad with a bigger size 8″ HD capacitive multi-touch screen. It runs on the latest Rock-chip 2918 CPU based on the ARM Cortex-A8 architecture. It uses a super-thin and stylish aluminum enclosure similar to the 1st generation woPad, but everything else is upgraded.
